LogistiCore Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how LogistiCore (“the App”, “we”, “us”), developed by Ethem Sincar, handles information when you use our logistics company management game on Android and iOS. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Process
Depending on how you use the App, we may process:
- Firebase user identifiers and authentication records
- Email address when provided by Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple
- In-game username you choose
- Game progress, company data, trucks, warehouses, contracts, deliveries, and related gameplay state
- Cloud save data in Firebase Firestore
- Leaderboard entries associated with your account
- Vehicle marketplace listings and related metadata
- Technical data processed by integrated third-party SDKs (described below), such as device and advertising-related data when you use optional ads
LogistiCore does not directly request access to precise location, contacts, photos, or your photo library. However, third-party services integrated into the App (Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and Google AdMob) may process technical data as described in their policies and in this document.
3. Account and Authentication
The App supports:
- Anonymous (guest) sign-in via Firebase Authentication
- Google Sign-In on Android (and where available on iOS)
- Sign in with Apple on iOS
When you link an account, authentication is handled by Firebase and the identity provider. We may receive account identifiers, display name, and email address where the provider makes it available.
4. Cloud Save and Gameplay Data
Linked accounts may store game progress and company data in Firebase Firestore, including trucks, warehouses, contracts, finances, and other gameplay state. Leaderboard entries and vehicle marketplace data may also be stored on Firebase-backed services when you use those features.
5. Advertising
LogistiCore uses optional Google AdMob rewarded ads only. Examples include daily operations bonus rewards and optional active-delivery time acceleration. Rewarded ads are never required to play. Rewards are granted only after a rewarded ad is fully completed. Closing an ad early does not grant a reward.
When you choose to watch ads, Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, and related ad interaction data according to Google’s policies. See Google Privacy Policy and AdMob & Privacy.
6. Advertising Identifiers and Consent
Advertising privacy behavior is platform-specific:
- On Android, Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) may show regional privacy and consent messages where required.
- On iOS, LogistiCore does not request ATT, does not use IDFA for cross-app tracking, and requests optional rewarded ads as non-personalized ads only.

7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following services:
- Google Firebase Authentication — sign-in and account identity
- Cloud Firestore — cloud save, usernames, leaderboard, and user-linked server data
- Cloud Functions — server-side operations such as marketplace and account tasks
- Google AdMob — optional rewarded advertising
- Google Sign-In — account linking on supported platforms
- Sign in with Apple — account linking on iOS
Each provider processes data under its own terms. We use these services only to operate authentication, cloud save, gameplay features, and optional advertising described in this policy.
8. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored using Firebase and platform infrastructure with industry-standard protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Keep your device and linked accounts secure.
9. Data Retention
We retain account and gameplay data while your account is active and as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, we delete associated cloud data as described on our Account Deletion page. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, and only for as long as necessary.
10. Account and Data Deletion
You may delete your account in the App or by email. Deletion removes or disassociates your Firebase Authentication account, cloud save, username, leaderboard entries, marketplace listings, and other account-linked gameplay data. Deactivation alone is not sufficient — deletion is intended to remove associated data as described on our Account Deletion page. Requests are normally processed within 30 days.
11. Children’s Privacy
LogistiCore is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information.
12. International Processing
Firebase and Google services may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States.
13. User Choices and Consent
You can:
- Play without linking Google or Apple (guest mode)
- Decline optional rewarded ads
- Re-open Android regional ad privacy settings where available in the App
- Delete your account and associated data

14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
