Delete Your LogistiCore Account

Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
Account deletion is permanent. We delete or disassociate your Firebase Authentication account, cloud save, username, leaderboard entries, marketplace listings, and other account-linked gameplay data — not merely deactivate your account. You do not need to reinstall the App to request deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the App, send an account deletion request from your email application using the details below.
Subject
LogistiCore Account Deletion Request
Sending this email starts your account deletion request. We may contact you only to verify account ownership.
Include only
- Linked email address, if applicable
- In-game username, if known
- Platform: Android or iOS
- A clear request to delete the account and associated data
Do not include
- Password
- Apple identity token
- Google OAuth token
- Verification code
- Full Firebase UID
- Payment or card information
Delete from the App
- Open LogistiCore
- Go to Company
- Open Account Settings
- Open Dangerous Actions
- Select Delete Account
- Complete the confirmation steps
If you recently signed in with Google or Apple, the App may ask you to sign in again before deletion. This is a security requirement from Firebase Authentication. You do not need to reinstall the App.
Requests are normally processed within 30 days.
What we delete
- Firebase Authentication account
- Cloud save (Firestore player data)
- Username registration
- Leaderboard entries tied to your account
- Active vehicle marketplace listings
- Marketplace metadata associated with your account
- Other server-owned user state linked to your account
- Other gameplay data linked to your account
Data we may retain
Minimum records required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance may be retained for a limited period. Any retained data is minimized and kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
