Introduction / Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Voira (“Voira”, “the App”, “we”, “us”), including SpeakPlus premium features. Voira is developed by StudioWebia. By downloading, accessing, or using Voira, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Voira provides English speaking and shadowing practice, pronunciation feedback, vocabulary tools, and progress tracking for personal learning. You agree to use the App only for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Guest use may be available with limited persistence. Creating an account helps preserve progress and SpeakPlus access across devices where supported.

Speaking and Pronunciation Feedback Disclaimer

Voira provides practice tools and feedback. It does not provide guaranteed language certification, medical advice, or formal educational accreditation.

Scores and coach comments are estimates and may vary depending on microphone quality, accent, background noise, internet connection, speech clarity, and the analysis services used. Results are for learning guidance only and may contain errors.

SpeakPlus Subscriptions

• SpeakPlus subscriptions on iOS are billed through the Apple App Store. SpeakPlus subscriptions on Android are billed through Google Play.
• Prices, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before you confirm a purchase.
• Cancellations and refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies for the platform you used.
• Deleting the App or requesting account/data deletion does not cancel an active subscription. You can manage or cancel SpeakPlus from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• SpeakPlus access is determined by entitlement status managed through RevenueCat and the relevant store.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the App or disrupt its operation;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code beyond what the law allows;
• abuse the backend, automate requests, or bypass rate limits;
• attempt to bypass paywalls or entitlement checks;
• upload or transmit illegal, harmful, or harassing content;
• interfere with other users’ use of the App.

Intellectual Property

The App’s content, design, lessons, branding, trademarks, and related materials belong to Voira and StudioWebia, except for third-party trademarks and services. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from App content except as needed for personal use of the App.

User Content and Audio

You remain responsible for the content you record or submit. By using recording and analysis features, you grant Voira a limited permission to process your audio and related text solely to provide App features such as transcription, pronunciation assessment, feedback, and progress display.

We do not claim ownership of your personal recordings for unrelated commercial voice-product purposes.

Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of Voira at any time. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, or provider outages.

No Warranties

Voira is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voira and StudioWebia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or learning outcomes arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for SpeakPlus through the Apple App Store or Google Play during the three (3) months before the claim, or zero if you used only free features.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk to the App or other users. You may stop using Voira at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
