Welcome to Rito: Habit & Identity Journey (“Rito”, “the App”).

Rito is a habit and identity development application designed to help users build sustainable behaviors through micro-actions, daily check-ins, identity-based habit formation, journaling, and a structured 66-day journey.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is stored by the App, what information is not collected, and how your data is handled.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

What We Store on Your Device

Rito is designed with a privacy-first approach.

By default, the App stores data locally on your device only. This may include:

What We Do Not Collect

Rito does not require user accounts.

Rito does not provide cloud synchronization.

Rito does not collect or transmit personal information to company-operated servers.

Rito does not use third-party analytics platforms such as Firebase, Amplitude, or similar analytics services.

We do not collect or transmit Mind journal content, habit details, personal notes, check-in history, identity selections, or other user-generated text to company-operated servers. This data may be stored locally on your device as described above.

We do not sell personal data.

Analytics within the App are device-only and stored locally for functionality purposes. Technical events such as onboarding completion, action completion, or paywall interactions may be processed locally on the device but are not transmitted to external servers.

Notifications

Rito may use local notifications to remind you about habits, check-ins, or planned activities.

These notifications are generated locally on your device.

You may disable notifications at any time through the App settings or your device settings.

Backups and Data Export

Rito allows users to export their data as a JSON backup file.

Please note:

Data Deletion

All habit, journal, check-in, and profile data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud account or server copy of your content.

Delete all app data in the App:

  1. Open Rito: Habit & Identity Journey
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Scroll to the DATA section
  4. Tap Delete data (or Verileri sil in Turkish) and confirm

This permanently removes profile settings, check-in history, Mind journal notes, journey progress, tomorrow plans, and related local records from the device.

Premium Features and Billing

Premium subscriptions are processed exclusively through:

Rito does not receive, process, or store payment card information.

Payment information is managed directly by Apple or Google according to their respective privacy policies and payment systems.

Children's Privacy

Rito is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 is using the App in violation of this Privacy Policy, please contact us.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Updated versions will be published within the App or alongside App updates.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will reflect the latest revision.
